These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our fulfillment services and any associated tools or platforms. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

"Logispro," "we," "our," "us": Logispro s.r.o. and its subsidiaries, branches, and authorized partners.
"Customer," "you," "your": Any individual or entity using our services.
"Services": All logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, and shipping services provided by Logispro, whether offline or through our platform.

2. Account Registration & Verification

To ensure security and compliance, we require all customers to create an account before accessing certain services.

When registering, you must provide:

Valid identification or business license
Accurate contact and billing details
Correct payment account information

Why this matters: Account verification protects both you and us from fraudulent transactions, ensures customs documents match official records, and helps prevent shipment delays.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately.

3. Scope of Services

We specialize in product logistics, offering:

3PL Fulfillment: Receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping orders to your customers.
International Shipping: Options include dedicated lines, express, postal, sea freight, and air freight.
Custom Packaging & Branding: Enhance your brand image with branded packaging.
Sourcing & Consolidation: Combine goods from multiple suppliers into a single shipment to reduce costs.

Important: We act only as a logistics service provider. We do not manufacture products, and we do not assume responsibility for product quality beyond storage and handling.

4. Prohibited Shipments

We strictly comply with international shipping regulations. You may not send items that are illegal, dangerous, or prohibited under applicable laws. Examples include:

Counterfeit goods or products infringing intellectual property rights (unless officially authorized).
Weapons, ammunition, hazardous chemicals, explosives, or flammable liquids.
Cash, checks, securities, or other financial instruments.
Illegal drugs, narcotics, and controlled substances.
Obscene or pornographic materials.
Live animals, plants, human remains, or biological hazards.

Why this matters: Violating these rules can result in customs seizure, legal penalties, and permanent suspension of your account. We reserve the right to inspect, reject, or return any prohibited items at your expense.

5. Compliance & Customs

International shipments must comply with:

Export/import laws at both origin and destination country
Customs declaration requirements
Product labeling regulations

For regulated products, you may need to provide:

MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets)
Ingredient lists or safety certifications
Country-specific compliance documentation

Failure to provide the necessary paperwork can cause delays or rejections at customs, for which Logispro is not responsible.

6. Pricing & Payment

Charges are based on our published rates or a written quotation.
Prices may vary depending on destination, weight/volume, and service type.
Payments must be made before shipment release unless agreed otherwise.
Late payments may result in service suspension or storage charges.

7. Shipping & Risk

We work with trusted carriers, but all transit times are estimates and can be affected by customs, weather, or unforeseen delays.

Risk of loss passes to you once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

We offer limited compensation for lost or damaged shipments as per our claims policy.

8. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Logispro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Maximum liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or compensation amount agreed in writing.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if you:

Provide false or incomplete information
Fail to make payments
Ship prohibited or illegal goods
Breach these Terms of Use

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, the matter will be governed by the laws of Czech Republic, and handled by the courts there.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time to reflect service changes, regulatory updates, or business improvements. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
